1. How long will it take to receive my order?
As of January 24th, 2023, all orders will be Print-On-Demand. This helps us to ship products in accordance to the estimated times displayed on our website. For special cut & sew collections in the future, this section will be updated.

2.What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are FINAL. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted. If you have received a defective item, please message us with photos of the defect on Instagram (@fourmorestars) within 72 hours of the item being received.  We'll try our best to help you.

3. Can I cancel or edit my order?
Only order cancellations/changes within 30 mins of order placement are guaranteed. 

Once your package is marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We can no longer make any changes to your order either. Please contact USPS if you need to make further updates after your order has been shipped.

4. I don't think my order went through but my card was charged?
It's normal to see failed transactions showing up temporarily on your bank history. They will automatically disappear within a couple of days because your payment didn't go through. Feel free to reach out to us with your full name and email address if you want us to double check your order. 

5. What happens if my order is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information?
If the address is undeliverable because the wrong shipping information was entered, USPS will send the package back to the distributor. You will be responsible for shipping again in order to reship it. 

6. Order says delivered but I don't see it?
Please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have your packages. Sometimes orders show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email if you have any questions regarding a delayed/lost order.
